Can anyone help me with my new Chinese Juniper Bonsai?

I'm not big on plants, but recently I found And China Juniper Bonsai really know how to take care of it. I need to know how water, how long to let the light in the sun, and how to fertilize. How often should I do water? I leave it outside or inside near a window? I live in Miami so that everything will change? Thank you soo much!
