Outdoor Bonsai Azalia?
I have an OUTDOOR bonsai Azalea plant. It stands about 7 inches tall and bloomed all summer and is still blooming. The leaves are turning now. Its a outside plant , but I live in Michigan. I lost the instructions on over wintering it. I remember it said to bring it in if the temps reached 32 degrees or below. Thats all I remember. What should be done? Do I prune it back, shape it ? , and if so how much pruning should be done. Can I keep it in the barn over winter? Put mulch over it? It really has alot of blooms on it , and I want it to keep blooming next year. It said that it can be kept indoors , for show, only a day or two , then it must go back outside. Any suggestions?
Here are some care instructions for bonsai.

The outdoor plants usually go into dormancy in northern climes so I would mulch it and keep it in a protected environment.
